So a little about me…

My name is Sam, I’m 23 and I love to cook and eat. I’m all about the savory and the rich, but ultimately set out to create and eat well balanced food that tastes good, and yes, makes me feel good. “A spoonful of butter makes the skinless, boneless chicken breast go down” - Mary Poppins if she were feeding those kids anything other than medicine.
